About the roleThis role is instrumental in evolving traditional HR operations into a strategic, employee-centric experience platform. You will lead the People Operations function, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll champion employee engagement through human-centred design, data-driven insights, and operational excellence.

You will report to EVP & Head of Total Rewards, Analytics & People Operations and will lead a team of 6-8 members. The role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards, IT, and other business stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing: Design and optimize employee journey touchpoints to foster engagement, belonging, and well-being. Lead operational execution of lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, exits, and benefits administration. Drive employee listening strategies using pulse surveys, stay interviews, and sentiment analysis. Oversee HRIS data integrity and secure record maintenance. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and manage government-related processes (visas, permits).

Administer medical and life insurance benefits. Lead automation initiatives across HR processes using Oracle and other platforms. Supervise and develop a high-performing People Operations team. Champion change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR services, shared service centres, HR process design, and data analysis. Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex HR operations. Experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale corporate environments with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and regulatory compliance.
