🌐 RAN & Microwave (MW) Support Engineer📍 On-site | Full-time | Project-based / OutsourcingWe’re looking for a RAN & MW Support Engineer to join our technical operations team and ensure top network performance, reliability, and service quality for our clients. You’ll be part of a skilled engineering group working on high-impact telecom projects involving UMTS/LTE-FDD technologies and MW systems.🔧 Main ResponsibilitiesRAN (Radio Access Network):Provide technical support and resolve customer tickets within SLAs.Plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance activities.Integrate and configure NodeB/eNodeB elements according to client standards.Monitor, maintain, and optimize UMTS/LTE-FDD network performance.Generate technical procedures, reports, and KPI analyses.Lead field testing, babysitting, and optimization tasks to enhance service quality.Support the rollout of new network features and functionalities.Microwave (MW):Collaborate with project and technical teams on MW link design and integration.Analyze site/path survey data and prepare materials, test, and cutover plans.Provide remote and on-site support during deployment, integration, and testing.Operate and maintain MW EMS systems, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 3+ years in RAN and/or MW network support.Education: Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT (CCNA certification is a plus).English Level: B2–C1.💡 Technical SkillsRAN: Networking (GSM/UMTS/LTE-FDD), RF Parameterization, Optimization, KPI Analysis, Advanced Excel.
