Participation in launch projects, product phase-outs, product updates, or production transfers through supply chain and master data expertiseCoordination of material supply, supply chain readiness, and ERP system setup in transfer and launch projects for devices, accessories, and spare partsPrimary requirements planning, if necessary in the APO system, based on internal and external specifications (project/sales plan) for products up to series production and handover to the buyers and plannersMaterial requirements and capacity planning for devices, accessories, and spare parts during the project phaseCreation of production orders for materials up to series production or handover to the buyers and plannersProcurement of materials during the project phase and monitoring of timely product availabilityMaterial and inventory management during the project phaseCreation of material master data for devices, accessories, and spare parts prior to launch in the ERP systemRecording, reviewing, and, if necessary, changing or supplementing the basic data in the material master for new materials up to series productionParticipation in the initial supply chain design and definition of initials Scheduling parameters; handover to Buyers & Planners after series production startsRecording and updating production bills of materials in the ERP system for new products up to series production and handover to Buyers & PlannersEnsuring high material master data quality throughout the product lifecycle in cooperation with data owners of specific material master dataTracking and transparency regarding the expected post-launch SMCs of the productDeputizing for colleagues within the department during absencesMust Haves:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on supply chain or logisticsAt least two years of relevant professional experience after graduation (internships, theses, and other activities during your studies are not eligible)Experience with SAP ERP - MM, PP, (Master Data)Affinity for dataExcellent stakeholder managementStrong team spiritStructured working methods and systems thinkingProject management experienceVery good German and English skills
