You have a choice in where you work, but we would like this role to be in the ANZ timezone.What will you be doing?As a Hotel Rate Mapping Specialist, you will be supporting our global onboarding team. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, ideal for someone with prior hotel distribution experience who is comfortable working across multiple property management and channel management systems.ResponsibilitiesMap hotel rates, inventory, and room types between systems with a high degree of accuracyTest and validate rate setups to ensure correct synchronisation across platformsProvide post-onboarding support for rate mapping queriesDocument processes to improve efficiency, speed, and consistency for future onboardingRequirementsEssential: Previous experience in hotel distribution or reservationsFamiliarity with one or more of the following systems: RMS, Siteminder, SynXis, Newbook, Amadeus, STAAH, CloudbedsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughAbility to work independently in an offshore/remote settingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive, dynamic, and innovative work environmentFlexibility for remote workIf you are passionate about technology and have a track record of excellence in web development, we would love to have you on board!
