Job Description:Actively participate in procurement processes and carry out purchasing activities in accordance with procedures and defined rulesConduct market research regarding purchasing requests, identify suitable suppliers, and obtain alternative price quotationsManage customer and supplier relationshipsManage monthly price calculations and enter prices into the systemMonitor contract durations and ensure timely renewal of expiring contractsConduct research on potential suppliers and explore alternative sourcing optionsDevelop potential business ideas and projects to support the company’s overall strategic goalsQualifications:Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering)Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in industrial sectors (such as automotive, white goods, chemicals, etc.)Proficient in MS Office and SAP programsPossesses strong analytical thinking skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and effective negotiation skillsWell-developed skills in follow-up, planning, and problem solvingStrong in conflict management and capable of managing changeValues teamwork and demonstrates high motivationDynamic, proactive, process-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsiblePreferably proficient in written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal and persuasive skills
