Position OverviewRay Advertising is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing CRM tasks, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless internal communication. Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management: Efficiently manage CRM tasks to ensure smooth operationsRegularly update the CRM with accurate, up-to-date informationUse project management tools such as Monday. com, Trello, or ClickUpWeekly Tasks: Complete and report on weekly assignments set by managementData Maintenance:

Maintain accurate records of publisher, buyer, and generic data in ExcelTrack contact information and updates consistentlyUtilize Excel and MS Word for efficient data organizationCommunication and Coordination: Respond to emails promptly and professionallySchedule and manage meetings using CalendlyCoordinate with team members for smooth collaborationProbation PeriodThis position includes a 1-month probation period, during which 50% of the agreed salary will be provided.
