Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Helpdesk Analyst located in Suva. The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, handling customer inquiries, resolving desktop computer issues, and delivering help desk support. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers in resolving their IT-related problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
