Duties & ResponsibilitiesProtect employees of the customer, visitors, buildings, & Movable AssetsProvide a high-visibility security presence to deter and respond to potential threats.Conduct daily escort duties in line with operational requirements.Ensure the protection of client assets, employees, and visitors.Monitor and report any security-related incidents promptly and accurately.Respond swiftly to emergencies and security breaches.Adhere to security protocols, procedures, and client site regulations.Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.Maintain a professional and disciplined image at all times.Support overall security operations as directed by the Security Manager.Skills and Competencies Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and situational awareness Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions under pressureHigh level of alertness and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilitiesProfessional, disciplined, and reliableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to perform operational dutiesStrong understanding of security protocols and procedures.QualificationsGrade 12 2 years’ experiencePSIRA Grade B certificateArmed response certificateFirearm Competency (Handgun & Shotgun )Business PurposeExcellent report writing skills;Excellent verbal and written skills.Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.Clear criminal record.
