We focus on offplan/ secondary real estate sales.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key tasks include identifying clients' property needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.QualificationsDriving licence is a plusKnowledge of English and Hindi are mustExperience of more than 1 to 2 years as real estate sales agentStrong understanding of Real Property and Real Estate markets, including market trends and property value assessmentsExcellent Sales skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close dealsExceptional Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction and relationship managementStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse clienteleProficiency in time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or business administration are advantageous
