Our mission is to become the go-to platform for all real estate players.We are looking for an off-plan real estate market analyst with a deep understanding of the market and experience working with UAE developers.Tasks to be performed:1. Primary real estate market analysis• Collecting and updating information on current and new developer projects (prices, layouts, deadlines, promotions) and Hot Deals.• Comparative analysis of similar projects by district and property type.• Preparing project ratings based on investment attractiveness (ROI, liquidity, rental potential).• Maintaining a spreadsheet with key project parameters (prices, minimum down payment, fees, completion date, etc.)2. Marketing and content team support• Collaborating with the content manager to:◦Prepare scripts and invoices for informative Reels/Shorts: selecting the top 3 projects of the week, interesting facts about developers, advice for investors, etc.◦Creating a structure and analytical inserts for blog articles on the website (on topics such as "Best Projects up to XXX AED," "Where to See the Maximum ROI in 2025," etc.)•Providing content with reliable analytics and figures, and visualizing statistics (tables, graphs, ratings).•Recommending topics and newsworthy topics based on the market situation.3. Expert support for internal solutions•Consulting on selecting focus projects for promotion.•Preparing briefs and presentation materials for partners or clients.•Timely updating the team on important market changes (launches, cancellations, legislative changes).Additional (subject to agreement)•Participating in video recordings as a "Proffer expert" – the face of the brand.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market and other emiratesA database of contacts of all developersA deep understanding of the market specificsAnalytical skills
