As a Real Estate Agent, you will consult and assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and assessing client needs, providing expert advice on property pricing and market trends, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the complete transaction process. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.QualificationsA valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and practicesProven experience in customer service and ability to build and maintain positive client relationshipsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in real estate and property transactionsIn-depth understanding of real property management and related processesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in local language and familiarity with the Burgas real estate market is a plusValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
