Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role located in Tirana, Albania. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market research, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on real property. The consultant will also be involved in training and guiding clients through the real estate process, ensuring they make informed investment decisions. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real PropertySales expertise and proven skills in NegotiationPrior experience or ability in Training clients on real estate processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in Albanian is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plusFamiliarity with the Tirana real estate market is an advantage
