Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist at Keller Williams Albania located in Tirana, Albania. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, building and maintaining positive client relationships, conducting market research, preparing property listings, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also includes advising clients on market trends and property values to help them make informed decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate DevelopmentStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsKnowledge of Real Property and experience in property transactionsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in local market trends and regulations is a plusBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
