A leading Real Estate fund is seeking an experienced professional to join its Investments team. This role is central to the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on originating and executing high-value real estate investments while driving asset performance across a diverse portfolio.3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, and/or asset managementProven record of successfully leading and closing transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, developments, or dispositions).Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise specific to real estate assets.Strong experience presenting to and working with investment committees or boards.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong relationships across the investment ecosystem.Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
