Real estate Investment broker / Capital Introducer

Job Summary:As a Real Estate Investment Broker, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding investors interested in real estate development projects. You will act as the bridge between the company and potential investors, pitching our projects, managing investor relations, and helping to close funding deals.Key Responsibilities:Source and connect potential investors (individuals, firms, or institutions) interested in real estate development.Present investment opportunities and project proposals to potential investors.Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and financial partners.Collaborate with the internal team to prepare investment proposals, marketing decks, and business plans.Negotiate deal terms and support the closing of investment agreements.Provide regular feedback on investor insights and market trends.Represent the company professionally in all investor meetings, presentations, and communications.Requirements:Proven experience in investment brokerage, fundraising, or capital introduction, preferably in real estate or finance.Strong network of investors, venture capitalists, or private equity firms is an added advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve results.Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently.Compensation:Commission-Based Only (Percentage per closed deal or investment raised).Performance bonuses and long-term partnership opportunities available for top performers.Why Join Us:Work remotely and manage your own schedule.Opportunity to earn unlimited commissions.Access to exclusive real estate investment opportunities and development projects.Be part of a growing and dynamic real estate development firm.
