While company leads will be assigned, a significant portion of your success will come from your ability to find and cultivate your own client base.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the entire property transaction process.Property Marketing & Sales: List and market properties effectively across various platforms. Conduct property viewings, host show houses, and present compelling offers to potential buyers.Negotiation & Transaction Management: Master the art of negotiation to secure the best possible deal for your clients. Manage all aspects of the sales process, from the initial offer to the final registration of the property.Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and industry regulations in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Provide expert advice and accurate property valuations to clients.Administration & Compliance: Ensure all legal and administrative documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all regulations set out by the industry's governing body.Qualifications & RequirementsSouth African Property Practitioner Registration: Candidates must be a registered Property Practitioner in good standing with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). You must possess a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).Experience: Proven sales or real estate experience is highly advantageous. A history of successfully generating leads and closing deals will be a key differentiator.Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management.Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.Knowledge of the Johannesburg property market is a must.Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.CompensationThis is a 100% commission-based role.
