Full-Time Real Estate Photographer & Content Creator Diamond City Real Estate — Dubai (On-Site)Diamond City Real Estate is expanding our marketing team and we’re looking for a full-time, on-site photographer and content creator who can bring our listings and brand to life. We want someone who understands storytelling, aesthetics, and how to make real estate content perform on social platforms.Role Overview:You’ll be responsible for photographing and filming our listings, creating high-quality short-form videos for social media, and producing consistent, on-brand visual content for Diamond City. You’ll work closely with our agents and marketing team to elevate the look and feel of our properties and brand.What You’ll Do:Shoot high-quality photos & videos of condos, homes, and development projectsCreate polished short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeEdit all photos and videos with a consistent Diamond City lookAttend shoots on-site across Dubai/UAE (this is a hands-on role)Work with agents to capture lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes clips, and branding piecesManage and organize media files and ensure efficient workflowDeliver fast turnaround on content (24–72 hrs depending on project)What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in real estate, interior, or architectural photographyStrong videography and editing skillsA solid understanding of TikTok/IG content, trends, pacing, and storytellingAbility to take initiative and work independently while maintaining brand consistencyStrong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilityComfortable traveling to different neighborhoods dailyFull-time availability, on-siteBonus Skills (Not Mandatory):Drone photography (licensed)Experience directing talent on cameraGraphic design or thumbnail creationPrevious work in real estate or luxury brandsWhat We Offer:Competitive full-time salaryGrowth opportunities within a fast-expanding real estate brandA collaborative environment where your creative ideas actually get usedConsistent schedule + support from our marketing team
