Now that’s making a difference.  We’re looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join our Deals department as part of our Real Estate team.  Your impact You will assist our clients in their transactions (acquisition or sell-process), refinancing and other capital market operations; You will focus on broader strategic issues facing clients before, during and after transactions; You will assist team members and clients in Real Estate valuation and financial modelling, capital markets and advisory assignments; You will work in project teams, often together with our Real Estate tax and Real Estate legal team, to maximize the benefit for our clients    About you   You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either an audit / financial environment  You have a real deep interest in Real Estate You have excellent project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality work  You are a team player You possess strong interpersonal skills  You have a flexible working style, strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail You have a strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas You possess excellent communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude  You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French  Life at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
