Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai branch – Homegate Real Estate. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and delivering top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, with solid experience in both off-plan and secondary markets, as well as a deep understanding of Dubai’s dynamic property landscape. Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience, with competitive commissions offered.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and attract clients.Provide personalized property recommendations based on clients’ needs and budgets.List properties with accurate descriptions and appropriate pricing.Schedule and conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.Advise clients on enhancing the appeal of their properties for sale.Stay updated on local market trends and pricing to offer informed advice.Negotiation & Transaction Management:Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords.Review and advise on contracts and legal documents in line with RERA regulations.Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure a smooth transaction.Ensure full compliance with RERA rules and regulations.Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and property details.Keep clients informed of all legal aspects of their real estate transactions.Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market conditions.Participate in training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Preferably a valid Dubai Broker Card holder.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary).Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields.Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with real estate software, MLS, and other digital tools.
