Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent - Arabic Speaker based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property buying, selling, renting, and investments. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, networking to build client relationships, guiding clients through transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate marketsStrong Customer Service and client relationship management skillsExperience in Real Estate, Sales, or related fieldsFamiliarity with property transactions, including Real Property lawsProficiency in Arabic and English communication (written and verbal)Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is advantageous
