Job Brief:Job Title: Real Estate Sales AgentLocation: Smart Village – GizaReports to: Sales Team LeaderKey Objectives:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.Build a strong network of loyal clients.Represent the company professionally to enhance its reputation in the real estate market.Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Attract new clients through calls and networking.Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Property Presentation:Arrange site visits for clients to showcase properties.Provide accurate descriptions of properties, including location, amenities, market value, and investment opportunities.Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.Client Needs Analysis:Listen to client requirements and identify suitable property options.Offer tailored solutions that align with client budgets and aspirations.Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.Negotiation and Deal Closure:Negotiate prices and terms with clients, property developers, and owners.Ensure all legal and administrative documentation is completed accurately.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.Reporting and Follow-Up:Prepare periodic reports on sales progress and submit them to management.Update client databases using CRM systems.Market Monitoring:Stay updated on property prices, market trends, and competitors.Suggest new strategies to improve performance based on market conditions.Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.Work Environment: Office-based with frequent field trips.Full-time hours with potential for overtime depending on client needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations).At least one year of experience in real estate sales or in a related field.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.High ability to deal with different kinds of customers.Job Benefits:Basic salary + attractive commissions.Continuous training to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.Opportunities for career growth within the company.Social and medical insurance after the probationary period.Ready to make your mark in the real estate world?
