Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role located in 6th of October. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing client inquiries, promoting residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining market knowledge, and working towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practicesStrong Customer Service and client relationship management skillsSales expertise with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectivelyWillingness to participate in Training programs to build and enhance expertiseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamHigh motivation to achieve sales targets and a results-driven mindsetBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
