The role involves offering expert consulting services to clients, understanding their real estate needs, and recommending appropriate properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales activities, and discussing market trends and opportunities with clients. The consultant will also help clients navigate property transactions smoothly and professionally. Qualifications Consulting and Real Estate expertise to analyze client needs and suggest suitable propertiesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, address client inquiries, and provide tailored supportSales proficiency to guide transactions, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targetsStrong knowledge of the local real estate market is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and independently in a professional environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
