ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.Generate leads through networking, marketing, cold calling, and referrals.Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, and financing options.Prepare and review property listings, sales agreements, and other required documentation.Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and local zoning laws.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles.Strong knowledge of local property markets and real estate laws.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
