Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing, well-connected, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional with at least 5 years of experience in the property industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling residential and/or commercial properties, managing high-value client portfolios, and delivering consistent revenue targets. You must be technically adept, familiar with market trends, and capable of closing high-ticket deals. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, prospect, and close property sales for both residential and commercial developments. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, property investors, brokers, and developers. Conduct site inspections and property viewings for potential buyers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Provide strategic input into pricing, packaging, and positioning of real estate products. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and report weekly on performance metrics. Liaise with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure timely contract execution and payment collection. Represent the company at networking events, expos, and client engagements. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly. Guide and mentor junior sales staff if in a managerial capacity.
Key RequirementsTechnical and Industry KnowledgeIn-depth understanding of real estate laws, transaction processes, and documentation in Ghana (or relevant region). Demonstrated expertise in real estate valuation, project sales cycles, and off-plan property sales. Familiarity with zoning regulations, land tenure systems, leasehold/freehold concepts, and title registration processes. Proficiency with CRM software (e. g. , Zoho, Salesforce, or similar), MS Office Suite, and digital real estate tools (e. g. , property listing platforms). Experience working with architects, surveyors, legal consultants, and regulatory bodies. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e. g.
, CIH, GREDA membership, or RICS qualification) are a plus. ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of proven real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Prior experience selling to HNIs, institutional buyers, or diaspora clients is highly desirable. Skills & AttributesExceptional negotiation and closing skills.
