Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By employing a consultative approach to selling, this person will utilize their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.  Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion and client acquisition.Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and motivate the sales team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitive offerings.Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align sales campaigns.🎓 Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).3+ years of real estate sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
