The role involves daily tasks such as liaising with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, preparing and processing real estate documents, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also be responsible for networking and building professional relationships to expand the client and partner base.QualificationsPossessing a Real Estate LicenseExperience and skills in Customer ServiceProficiency in Real Estate and Real Property SalesStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsA deep understanding of the local real estate market is a plusA bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredMost importantly, this position is open to anyone capable of real estate sales Commission-based only.
