The role ensures that all incoming items are verified against purchase orders, properly recorded, stored under appropriate conditions, and compliant with company policies and procedures. The position supports cost control and inventory accuracy within the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify all goods delivered to the premises.Check quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes.Maintain updated and accurate receiving logs and documentation.Liaise closely with the Purchasing, Cost Control, and Kitchen/Operational departments regarding deliveries and urgent items.Ensure that receiving areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Follow company policies on quality control, waste management, and safety procedures.Adhere to Sunlife Group’s internal control procedures related to inventory and receiving operations.ProfileSchool Certificate or Higher School Certificate; additional training in storekeeping or inventory control is an advantage.Minimum 2 years of experience in a receiving or storekeeping role, preferably in hospitality, logistics, or retail.Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.Basic understanding of accounting or cost control principles will be an asset.Location: Anahita Golf & Spa Resort, MauritiusClosing date: 27th November 2025Management reserves the right to call only the best candidates for an interview.
