Full Stack Developer (C#)

The RoleIn the environment of our HR and Payroll solutions, the Full Stack Developer is responsible for analyzing and implementing the requirements of our customers, the market and the legislator. As part of an international team, they develop custom-fit solutions and, together with the team, assume end-to-end responsibility for a forward-looking and strategically important product. The software developer is a key person in the team, including communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of all kinds. Agile teamwork and taking responsibility are our lived maxim.Which tasks can you expect?Team-oriented collaboration in a cross-functional Scrum team in the agile software development processDesign and development of software modules and business process logicCoordination of tasks with the product owner and team membersSupport during user testing and go-liveTroubleshooting and error correctionWhat do you have to offer?Profound knowledge in software development and the programming language C# (minimum 3-5 years of experience).Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL databases.Knowledge in software development with Visual Studio & Azure DevOps.Knowledge in requirements analysis and quality assurance.Knowledge of agile process structures, predominantly in Scrum.Problem-solving attitude.Willingness to contribute to the development process with own ideas and creativity.Good team spirit.BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Language Skills:Fluent EnglishBasic knowledge or willingness to learn German would be desirable.
