This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about technology and business processes to contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise solutions for our diverse client base, with a particular focus on Zoho applications. You will work closely with our experienced team to understand client needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the entire implementation lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support System Implementations: Assist in the implementation of enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Zoho applications, including configuration, customization, data management and testing.Business Process Analysis: Participate in gathering and documenting client business requirements, helping to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.System Configuration & Customization: Learn to configure enterprise applications to align with client workflows and contribute to the development of custom features, specialized modules, and automations under guidance.Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to client requirements.User Training & Support: Assist in preparing training materials and deliver training as well as providing basic user support during and after implementation.Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of system configurations, processes, and client interactions.Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of Zoho applications and other enterprise systems.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.A strong interest in enterprise systems, digital transformation, business process optimization, and technology.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute and grow within a dynamic environment.Familiarity with an ERP, or other business management software, is a major advantage.Prior experience or exposure to Zoho applications is a plus but not required.Why Join MetaBox Technology:Impactful Work: Contribute to projects solving real-world problems and help businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.
