Join us as a Technical Support Associate!Spoon Consulting is looking for a Technical Support Associate to maintain high-quality applications that make an impact.What you’ll do:Assist clients by identifying their needs and implementing smart solutionsRespond to queries about products and related technologiesProvide clear technical guidance via email, chat, and callsMaintain up-to-date product knowledge and document solutions in our ticketing systemEscalate complex issues to the right teams and follow up proactivelyContribute to continuous improvement of our support processesImportant:This role operates in the US timezone (evening–night shift). Candidates must be comfortable working US hours.What we are looking for:BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field2–3 years’ experience in a technical support or customer-facing IT roleStrong knowledge of relational databases & SQLUnderstanding of ETL, APIs, and service-oriented architectureExperience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & containers (Docker/Kubernetes)Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & communication skillsTeam player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentWhy Spoon?Because we put people first.
