System and network administrator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a System and Network Administrator, located in Port Louis. The System and Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure. Key tasks include carrying out network setup and maintenance, system configuration, managing network security measures, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth and secure functioning of IT systems. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to oversee and secure network infrastructureExperience in System Administration, including server management and system upgradesStrong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve IT-related issues efficientlyStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing IT systems and network operationsKnowledge of emerging technologies and IT security best practices is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) will be advantageous
