Sprayteq is looking for a professional and organised Receptionist and Accounts Data Clerk to join their team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative management, ensuring a welcoming customer experience and accurate financial record-keeping.Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, scheduling appointments. Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Administrative Support: update customer records, and assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management Liaison with Customers and Suppliers: Communicate with clients regarding payments Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry. Experience with accounts data entry or bookkeeping is advantageousSkills Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Qualifications Matric certificate or equivalent is required.
