Job Description

Being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Responsibilities:Reception Duties:Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous manner.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.Assist with scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Administrative Support:Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and filing systems.Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.Assist in organizing company events and activities.Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both Thai and English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good personality, professional appearance, and demeanor.
