From greeting guests and answering calls to keeping office operations running smoothly, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting our teams.No two days are the same. You'll manage everything from signing in visitors and distributing uniforms to coordinating mail, ordering supplies, and managing access systems — all while keeping our head office running efficiently.What You'll Be DoingWelcoming visitors, signing them in, and providing PPE when neededHandling incoming calls, messages, and recorded mailCoordinating office supplies, uniforms, lanyards, badges, and consumablesSupporting managers and teams with scheduling, ordering, and operational tasksProviding PA support to members of the Leadership Team, such as managing diaries, processing expenses, and coordinating travel and accommodation bookingsMaintaining directories, visitor planners, and access systemsLiaising with contractors, colleagues, and stores to keep everything on trackRequirementsWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in a receptionist or front-of-house roleConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and WordExcellent organisation and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication, with a professional, welcoming mannerAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionOur Behaviours in ActionOur values shape everything we do: We're All on a Mission - Lead by example, support others, and celebrate success together Stay Close to the Action - Be present, listen, and act with real-time insight Act Like It's Your Business - Take ownership, raise standards, and always find better ways to do thingsWhy Join Us?Here, you're more than a receptionist — you're the heartbeat of our head office.
