The ideal candidate will be responsible for below roles and responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare them as required.Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.Maintain and update office records and databases.Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.Handle client and visitor requests efficiently and courteously.Support various departments with special projects or events as needed.Participate in team meetings and contribute to administrative planning.
