Job description: We want you to: Answering and forwarding phone calls Welcoming and assisting company guests Cooperating with courier companies Preparing conference rooms for meetings Handling incoming and outgoing mail (traditional and courier) Distributing incoming documents and packages Registering invoices in internal company systems and distributing them to the appropriate departments Cooperating with administrative service providers and building maintenance teams Ensuring ongoing office supplies (stationery, groceries, beverages) Ordering lunches for employees and maintaining detailed records Coordinating all deliveries to the office (catering, shipments, office supplies, etc.) About you: Very good command of English Practical knowledge of MS Office, including Excel Strong communication skills, openness, and proactivity Good time management and ability to work under pressure Positive attitude Experience or internship in an international organization (preferred) Willingness to work in shifts (reception operates from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) Communicative knowledge of Korean – an asset Rewards and Benefits An interesting job in a dynamically growing international company, one of the most innovative automotive firms in the world Employment through an agency A package of additional benefits such as premium medical care, co-financing of sports cards, and an attractive employee leasing program Unique lunch allowance and access to the Smart Lunch platform Employee Assistance Program for employees and their families Participation in dedicated training and access to the LinkedIn Learning platform Profile description:
