Department: Front of HouseLocation: LondonCompensation: £14,404 / yearDescriptionReceptionist – part time£14,404SE1We are looking for an experienced and professional front of house receptionist, to work part time, on a job share basis. You'll be based in a stunning building, just minutes from Borough Market and London Bridge, complete with a rooftop terrace. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact—fostering a strong sense of community and creating memorable first impressions every day.Hours - 8.00am – 6.00pm Thursday and FridaySalary - £14,404Key ResponsibilitiesReception responsibilitiesMeeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome – you will be the ‘face of the building’Managing sign in protocols and be mindful of health and safety requirementsManaging deliveries, including couriers and postEfficiently manage a calendar and bookings for the roof terrace – and take responsibility for locking/unlocking dailyUndertake any general administration as requiredProduce a weekly report for key stakeholdersGeneral management of the buildingSupport the offsite Property Management company by ensuring any building issues are reported and managed to resolution. This will include managing maintenance contractors visiting the building/controlling keys/assisting with alarm checksSupport the sales and leasing agents, working to help promote the vacant office space. You will prepare for viewings by ensuring space is looking pristine and ensure a hospitable welcome to potential occupiersDevelop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders including the Landlord, Letting agents and ContractorsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertisePersonable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer serviceSelf-motivated and willing to take on additional activities as part of the reception roleExcellent written and oral communication skills and be Microsoft office competent with knowledge of social media/apsExperience in a premium, corporate front of house reception role or customerBenefitsCompany pensionReferral programmeWellness scheme, including a 24-hour confidential helpline and access to online GPCompany events
