Job Description

Job Purpose: To serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience at the reception. The Receptionist ensures all client inquiries, drop-offs, and pickups are handled with the highest level of service, discretion, and attention to detail befitting a luxury environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet all walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Handle incoming calls and emails; direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or provide immediate assistance.Manage the client drop-off and collection process, ensuring garments are accurately tagged, documented, and stored securely.Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing items using the laundry management system.Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with the logistics or valet team.Address client concerns or special requests promptly and escalate as necessary.Liaise with customer service and quality control teams to ensure timely updates to clients regarding service status.Assist VIP clients with personalized services and ensure complete confidentiality.Maintain the reception area to luxury standards—clean, organized, and reflective of the brand image.Support the operations and customer care team in administrative tasks as needed.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service associate in a luxury or high-end service environment (hospitality, retail, or wellness preferred).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and polished demeanor.Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or laundry management systems (training provided if needed).High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clientele.Fluent in English and Arabic.
