Job PurposeUnder the general supervision of the Duty Manager/Guest Service Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for guest registration, check-out, and cashiering. This role also involves facilitating and providing assistance with guests’ queries to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining high standards of guest service and ensuring efficient front desk operations.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance to Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all timesGeneral Job FunctionsGreets and checks in guestsAssists with guest inquiries and requestsHandles guest check-out and billingMaintains cleanliness and order at the front deskEnsures guest satisfaction and resolves complaintsPromotes hotel services and amenitiesCoordinates with other departmentsMaintains confidentiality of guest informationAny other tasks assignedQualificationsHigh School Graduate or equivalent education requiredFresh graduate is encouraged to applyMinimum 1 years of experience in hotel/hospitality is preferredPassionate in dealing with peopleExperienced in Opera system is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is preferredEnglish Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plusWorking conditionsThis position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Direct ReportsAny person(s) nominated by management.How To ApplyPlease submit CV, highlighting job position to careers@nagaworld.comTalent Acquisition – Group Human ResourcesNagaWorld® LimitedSamdech Techo Hun Sen Park, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.Follow us: Facebook / Telegram
