Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). ResponsibilitiesWelcomes all clients, visitors, and VIP guests in the most professional standards of conduct. Ensures guests are well received and facilitates escorting them to the recipient's office. Makes sure that all visitors are well assisted and gives the right information about the company. Handles the Queue Management System. Sends & receives couriers and makes sure all airway bills are filled and ensures good co-ordination with the courier companies to ensure timely delivery. Maintains proper record of document's receipt, dispatch, and delivery. Performs administrative functions as instructed. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager to meet department/ division objectives. Uses Zoho Desk, to assign tickets to the right team members in the right departments on time without fail to meet the set SLAs, following our weekly CH Schedule. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Customer Service and client facing roles. Experience in Business Set up and Freezone industry is preferable.
