Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting and assisting them in a professional manner.Key responsibilities include:* Answering and screening phone calls* Responding to general inquiries* Scheduling appointments* Providing administrative support across the organizationThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be friendly, and highly organized. While previous experience in office management is preferred, it is not required.**Position Details**This is a full-time position starting in early January. Please note that reduced hours may be available or required during the off-peak season (May – December).***Compensation*** The hourly rate is $15 – $20, dependent upon previous experience.
