The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome upon their arrival. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and offering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties and supporting other staff as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.QualificationsProficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing appointment schedules and maintaining organized recordsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide professional and clear interactions with guests and team membersExcellent Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive and welcoming guest experiencesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environmentFluency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plusPrior experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role is required
