Receptionist & Office AdministratorOverviewHabitare Real Estate Brokerage is a consultancy-led firm specialising in high-value residential and investment property. We are seeking a well-organised Receptionist & Office Administrator to manage front-desk operations, assist the Managing Director, and support the wider team. The role blends reception, coordination, and administrative support within a professional real estate environment.⸻Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, manage calls, emails, and daily correspondence.- Maintain the reception and office area to a professional standard.- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.- Coordinate with developers, legal representatives, and external partners as required.- Support the CRM & Marketing Coordinator with property listings and document handling.- Assist with Trakheesi permits, title deeds, and DLD documentation under supervision.- Maintain organised digital files via Dropbox and manage documents through DocuSign.- Support HR administration, visa renewals, onboarding, and attendance tracking.- Record petty cash and office expenses in QuickBooks (training provided).- Assist with KYC/AML compliance filing and general record keeping.⸻Requirements- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (real estate experience preferred).- Strong English communication, telephone, and writing skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Dropbox.- Familiarity with Trakheesi, Property Finder, Bayut, and DocuSign advantageous.- Well-presented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with discretion.- Able to commute daily to Business Bay; 5 days per week with alternating Saturdays.Experience in a similar position is preferred, though candidates from other industries with proven administrative ability and adaptability will be considered.DevelopmentHabitare offers structured onboarding, ongoing skills training, and growth opportunities in HR, accounts, and customer service excellence.Salary & Benefits: Competitive - based on experienceLocation: Business Bay, DubaiAvailability: Immediate Start
