BlackStone eIT is seeking a passionate and creative Recognition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recognition programs that motivate and reward employees for their contributions to our company's success. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that values and appreciates employee efforts.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement employee recognition programs that align with company values and enhance employee engagementAnalyze feedback and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recognition initiativesCollaborate with management to identify and celebrate employee achievements and milestonesOrganize recognition events, award ceremonies, and other initiatives that promote a culture of appreciationCommunicate recognition programs effectively to all employees to ensure awareness and participationStay up-to-date with industry best practices in employee recognition and make recommendations for continuous improvementWork closely with HR and internal communications teams to promote recognition programs across the organizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1+ years of experience in employee recognition, HR, or a similar roleStrong understanding of employee engagement and motivation principlesExcellent communication and presentation skillsCreative thinking ability to design and implement innovative recognition programsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using HR software and tools for program managementAbility to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships across the organizationTasks and Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate applications for academic qualification recognition- Verify the authenticity of academic documents and accreditations- Prepare reports and recommendations regarding granting or denying recognition- Coordinate with educational institutions and relevant accreditation bodies- Contribute to the development of recognition policies and procedures.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any field- Familiarity with local and international educational systems- Proficiency in both Arabic and EnglishBenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusDubai Benefits
