The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate client money reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data, contributing to our continued growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about financial analysis and reconciliation in a global fintech environment.What You’ll DoReconcile client money on a daily basisPrepare daily balance reports for all banks and PSPsProduce monthly reports related to balances, losses, charges, and chargebacksInvestigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, liaising internally and externally as requiredProvide management information from the Reconciliation TeamOrganize your own workload and support the team’s workload when neededWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field1+ years of experience in finance operationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify errorsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filtering/Sorting, COUNT, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM, Methods Reconciliation software, and MT4 will be considered an advantageAbility to work with large volumes of data and produce accurate resultsTeam player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple partiesAbility to prioritize and perform efficiently under tight deadlinesExcellent command of the English language, both verbal and writtenWhy join IronFX?At IronFX, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
