Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and blockchain transactions. Monitor settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers. Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to streamline reconciliation workflows. Generate reports on reconciliation status, outstanding issues, and financial discrepancies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements for financial transactions. Assist in process automation and system improvements for reconciliation efficiency.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in reconciliation and settlement, preferably in fintech, banking, or crypto. Strong understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain transactions, and financial ledgers. Proficiency in financial reconciliation tools, Excel, and data analysis. 2+ years of experience in reconciliation and settlement, preferably in fintech, banking, or crypto. Strong understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain transactions, and financial ledgers.
