Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.YOUR CHALLENGEVerify and reconcile cash and securities transactions, including trades, settlements, and positions, to ensure accuracy and completenessInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies or differences between internal records and external statements, such as bank statements or custodian reportsAnalyse and investigate any exceptions or unusual items identified during the reconciliation process, and escalate to management as necessaryEvaluate and escalate issues and ensure appropriate oversight of differences is in place with functions that own themApply product knowledge to ensure the correct rules set up for data and swift feeds into the reconciliation tool setCollaborate and work closely with other teams to ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for and that any issues are promptly addressedDeveloping, maintaining, and updating procedures and checklists to ensure that reconciliations are performed efficiently and effectivelyIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement process steps improvementsMeet deadlines for reconciliations, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environmentYOUR PROFILEReliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-directionStrong interpersonal skills & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulouslyStrong team-player with can-do attitudeIndependent, reliable and precise way of workingProblem solving skills, good communicator, excellent presentation skillsSolution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clientsFlexible, reliable and resilient personalityLifelong learning attitude, continuously develop new skills & develop team membersSeeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvementsMultiple years of relevant work experience paired with extensive expertiseGood Understanding of risks and controlsFluent in English, local language is a plusAdvanced in MS OfficeHigher education with focus on business administration, finance or bankingExpert in defining process and/or system improvements, experience in change the bank topicsGood understanding of agile project managementWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
