Clerical Support Specialist

NOTE: This is NOT a remote role and does require working in the office daily in the Robinson area. Recruit Right Strategies is seeking smart, goal oriented people to work as Mortgage Loan Closers, Post Closers, and Disclosure Desk Analysts for one of our premier clients in the mortgage and new home construction industries. Prepare initial and final closing disclosures within required timeframePrepare and send closing documents timely for closing to buyers and title companiesInitiate funding wires for closingsReview signed packages for completeness prior to shippingReview files for QC accuracy using checklists and clear closing conditions prior to closingWork with multiple internal partners to meet required timelinesCommunicate with internal branch offices to locate missing itemsQualificationsOperate office equipment (i. e. , telephone, typewriter, calculator, computer, copier and fax machine).
