We provide technical staffing services and help businesses grow by solving their biggest recruitment challenges.For our clients – we provide staffing services that enable them to focus on their core competencies which will add value to their businesses.For our employees – we provide permanent and temporary assignments that complement their job skills and experience while providing professional and financial rewards.For our staff – we provide careers that are balanced, uplifting and carry the highest rewards by continually improving our business process.Job Description:Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local marketCollaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaScreen resumes, applications and select qualified candidatesSchedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsAssists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directorsCollaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsCoordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client startsIdentifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractorsIdentifying potential sales leadsQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeCustomer Service experience preferredCompetitive SpiritProactive and coachableStrong organization skills / detail orientedProjected Earnings for Top Performers:Year 1: 45k-55kYear 2: 50k-75kYear 3: 70k-100kBenefits:Base salary + Uncapped earning potentialPerformance-based incentivesDental, health & 401(k)PTO & paid holidaysSummer half-day Fridays every other weekSchedule:Monday to Friday8am - 5pmAbility to Commute:Hunt Valley, MD (Required)Work Location: In person, on-site 5 days a week
